Dr. Khader I. Rajabi Palestine

Editor-in-Chief — Al-Quds Open University (Jerusalem); Founder, Krajabi Academy.

Field-driven educational technologist who turns ideas into running systems. Led the launch of JELTAI and built Krajabi Academy as a free, practice-based hub for students and early-career researchers. On the ground, designs and delivers digital-learning pilots with Palestinian universities and schools—LMS deployments, teacher training, open courses, and analytics-assisted feedback loops. His research spans AI-enhanced learning design, technology-integrated pedagogy, and academic integrity in the age of generative AI; he supervises graduate work and advocates ethical, open, and scalable solutions for the region.

Assoc. Prof. Fadi Bani Ahmad Jordan

Associate Professor of Educational Technology at Arab Open University (Jordan); previously at Middle East University (2016–2023), where he served as Head of the Educational Technology Department (2019–2023) and was promoted to Associate Professor in 2021. His work focuses on AI-enhanced learning, gamification, and the adoption of digital educational technologies; recent publications include studies on AI-based gamification of motivation and on educational robots for science learning. He has presented at international venues (e.g., ICRES 2024, Antalya) and contributes to technology-integrated teaching and research in the region.

Prof. Ghassan Al-Qaimari United Arab Emirates

Professor at the University of Fujairah (UAE), with a practice-oriented track in digital transformation, information systems, and higher-education strategy. He maintains an active research presence (lab and profile) on ResearchGate and contributes to scholarly communities via chapters and edited volumes indexed by major publishers. His current work blends AI-enabled analytics and institutional planning to translate research into actionable change.

Assoc. Prof. Jamil A. Itmazi Palestine

Associate Professor of Computer Science at Palestine Ahliya University (Bethlehem) — Head of the Department of Information Technology; former Dean of Scientific Research and Director of the e-Learning Center. He holds a PhD in Computer Science (Software Development) from the University of Granada (2005). He has authored 15+ books and 55+ peer-reviewed publications on e-learning, LMS, OER, and recommender systems, and has chaired/served on committees for numerous international conferences.

Prof. Dr. Youssif Zaghwani Omar Libya

Director, University of Benghazi Language Center; Head, English Department, Libyan Academy for Graduate Studies (Ajdabiya); Executive Director, Democratic Arabic Center (Berlin); TESOL Coordinator (Eastern Libya); Coordinator, Soliya Connect Program (Libya). Holds multiple PhDs (English Education, Linguistics, Translation Studies); author of 15 books and 60+ papers; reviewer/editor in 15+ journals; keynote and chair at 100+ international conferences; conducted 20+ workshops in language learning and teaching.
